PicS N.V., the parent company of PicPay Bank, completed its acquisition of Kovr Participações S.A. on August 3, 2026, following satisfaction of all customary closing conditions and prior regulatory approvals from Brazil’s anti-trust regulator CADE, insurance regulator SUSEP, and Central Bank Bacen. The transaction grants PicPay 100% ownership of Kovr and 53% of Estrutural Corretora Assessoria e Consultoria de Seguros Ltda., with a call option on the remaining Estrutural quotas. This move expands PicPay’s digital insurance technology capabilities within its broader financial services ecosystem. PicS N.V. operates in the fintech industry, providing digital banking, payments, credit, investments, and insurance solutions to consumers and entrepreneurs in Brazil.
