PJT Partners Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Helen Meates will step down from her role effective October 1, 2026. Ms. Meates will transition to a non-executive officer role to assist with the handover before retiring at the end of fiscal 2026. Arun Kalra, the current Director of Finance, has been appointed to succeed her as Chief Financial Officer on the same effective date. Mr. Kalra joined the firm in 2016 and previously held a senior position at UBS AG. PJT Partners Inc. is a global advisory-focused investment bank.
