Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. announced the departure of Thomas C. Morey from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, effective September 8, 2026. The separation was formalized via a Separation Agreement and Release dated September 9, 2026. Mr. Morey is entitled to severance payments and benefits consistent with the Company’s Executive Severance Plan for an Executive Vice President terminated without cause, subject to compliance with non-solicitation and non-competition obligations for twelve months following the separation date.
