Plumas Bancorp appoints Kelsey Cassinelli as CFO, replacing retiring Richard Belstock

Plumas Bancorp announced that the Board of Directors appointed Kelsey Cassinelli to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2027. She succeeds Richard Belstock, who will retire from the CFO role on the same date but remain with the company as Special Assistant to the President in a reduced-capacity advisory role. Ms. Cassinelli currently serves as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer and brings prior experience from KPMG US LLP. Mr. Belstock has held the CFO position since 2011. Plumas Bancorp is the holding company for Plumas Bank, a full-service community bank serving customers in Northern California and Northern Nevada.
