Polaryx Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of Will Charlton, M.D., M.A.S. as its Chief Medical Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Dr. Charlton brings over 15 years of experience in rare disease and pediatric drug development, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Tyra Biosciences and Chief Medical Officer at Spruce Biosciences. His appointment strengthens clinical leadership ahead of the planned initiation of the SOTERIA Phase 2 trial for lead candidate PLX-200 in the fourth quarter of 2026.
