ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. reported positive blinded six-month interim safety and biomarker data for PMN310 in its Phase 1b PRECISE-AD trial for early Alzheimer’s disease. The analysis of 136 patients showed no cases of amyloid-related imaging abnormalities-edema (ARIA-E) across all genotypes, including APOE4 homozygotes, and a total ARIA incidence of 4.4%. Early biomarker trends indicated target engagement, with 68.5% of patients showing declines in plasma pTau217 and 62.5% showing declines in CSF MTBR-tau243. Topline 12-month results are expected in the first quarter of 2027.
