Axe Compute Inc. announced agreements with Duos Technologies Group to secure 55 MW of new AI data center capacity across multiple U.S. locations, representing over $500 million in expected aggregate payments. The company also executed nonbinding term sheets for minority equity investments in the project entities, targeting a 49% ownership stake. Initial readiness is targeted for late 2026 into early 2027. This expansion builds on an existing 10 MW deployment and aims to provide dedicated AI infrastructure with long-term control over capacity and costs. Axe Compute Inc. operates in the neocloud AI infrastructure industry, providing dedicated bare-metal GPU compute and large-scale AI cluster build-outs.
