PRF signs non-binding term sheet to license and sell GridFeed AI platform to Dotz for $1.0 million

PRF Technologies signed a non-binding term sheet with Dotz Nano to collaborate on expanding AI-driven energy optimization offerings. Under the proposed deal, Dotz will launch PRF’s DeepSolar/GridFeed™ platform under an exclusive license and ultimately acquire it for US$1.0 million. In connection with the transaction, PRF will take an equity position in Dotz through a US$250,000 participation in Dotz’s A$2.0 million placement. Completion is subject to due diligence, board approvals, and definitive agreements. PRF operates as a dual-focus company developing AI-driven energy optimization technologies and pharmaceutical therapeutics.
