Perimeter Group Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 financial results with net sales increasing 24% to $389.9 million, driven by a 14% rise in Fire Safety segment sales and an 84% surge in Specialty Products. Adjusted EBITDA grew 20% to $223.5 million, and adjusted earnings per diluted share were $0.85. The company also completed its name change from Perimeter Solutions, Inc., effective November 4, 2026.
