Profound Medical Corp. announced on August 14, 2026, that Rashed Dewan resigned as Chief Financial Officer and was replaced by Matthew Sobczyk as Interim CFO. Sobczyk, previously the Corporate Controller since March 2023, will receive an annual base salary of CAD 300,414.58 with a target bonus of 15%. Dewan receives $375,000 in severance and will serve as an independent contractor providing transition services from August 17 through November 25, 2026, at a rate of CAD 200 per hour while retaining vesting on 20,000 restricted share units. Profound Medical Corp. is a commercial-stage medical device company that develops and markets innovative interventional MRI procedures.
