Patton appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Michael Shelly appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gregory S. Patton's employment agreement includes an annualized base salary of at least $625,000 and an equity award of 850,000 shares. Michael Shelly's agreement includes an annualized base salary of at least $525,000 and an equity award of 1,400,000 shares.
