Public Storage appointed S. Wade Sheek as its new Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective August 17, 2026. Mr. Sheek joins from Herc Holdings, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He replaces Nathaniel A. Vitan, who will remain with the company as a senior advisor until October 1, 2026 to assist with the transition. This executive change is material as it involves key leadership roles within the self-storage industry.
