Powerus Corporation completed its acquisition of Autonomous Power Corporation on October 1, 2026, pursuant to a March 8, 2026 Agreement and Plan of Merger. The transaction was accounted for as a reverse acquisition, with Autonomous Power designated as the accounting acquirer. Each share of Autonomous Power common stock converted into approximately 599.18 shares of Powerus common stock, and holders received an additional 55 million fully vested earn-out shares.
