PVH Corp. announced the appointment of Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer, effective early September 2026. Mr. Rollier, formerly the Global COO and CFO for Sephora, will succeed Interim CFO Melissa Stone, who will remain as Executive Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis. Under the employment agreement dated July 3, 2026, Mr. Rollier will receive an annual base salary of $850,000, along with various performance-based bonus and equity incentive opportunities. The agreement includes a $375,000 make-whole cash advance and additional RSU and PSU grants to compensate for forfeited awards from his previous employer. PVH Corp. is a global apparel company.
