PowerCompute, Inc. refinanced approximately $18 million in existing debt through a new non-recourse, collared loan facility with Arch Lending. The transaction consolidates prior obligations from Galaxy Digital and SE/AJ Liebel into a single revolving credit line secured by 307 Bitcoin held in the company's treasury. The initial borrowing amount was $18,127.88, bearing an interest rate of 2.0% per annum, which significantly reduces costs compared to the previous 12% APR on the Liebel loans. The facility features a proprietary hedging structure with floor and ceiling prices that reset every 30 days, allowing the company to maintain its Bitcoin exposure while lowering liquidity risk. PowerCompute operates in the cryptocurrency mining and treasury management sector, expanding into high-performance computing and AI infrastructure.
