Phoenix Education Partners announced that Chief Financial Officer Blair Westblom will separate from the company effective October 10, 2026, to pursue personal endeavors. The departure was not due to any disagreement regarding financial reporting or operations. In connection with her exit, Ms. Westblom entered into a separation agreement entitling her to approximately $1.14 million in aggregate cash severance, her fiscal 2026 bonus, and accelerated vesting of equity awards. The Board appointed Michael Cochran, currently Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, as interim Chief Financial Officer effective the same date.
