PolyPid unveils PD01B, a new Kynatrix-based product candidate for diabetic foot infections

PolyPid Ltd. unveiled an expanded pipeline strategy introducing PD01B, a new product candidate designed to treat moderate to severe diabetic foot infections using its proprietary Kynatrix controlled-release technology. The company plans to develop PD01B as a new New Drug Application (NDA), with a pre-IND meeting and first-in-human study expected in the second half of 2027.
