Quantum raises $100M in private placement and converts $57.2M of notes to equity

Quantum Corporation entered into a private placement to sell 10,615,712 shares of common stock at $9.42 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $100 million to repay debt and fund working capital. The company also extended its term loan maturity to September 2028 and agreed to convert approximately $57.2 million of notes from Dialectic Technology SPV LLC into common stock. Additionally, the company released preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026.
