Quantum eMotion Corp. has appointed David Wayne Teeple, a former board member and cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of experience, as its new Chief Technology Officer. Teeple will lead the company's technology strategy, product development roadmap, and technical integration initiatives, focusing on advancing quantum-safe solutions like QRNG and SecureKey platforms. He joins from Phirelight Security Solutions, which was acquired by RHEA Group in 2018. As part of his appointment, Teeple received 500,000 stock options at an exercise price of $1.47 per share. His role is expected to accelerate the commercialization of the company's technologies and support technical integration efforts related to its proposed acquisition of Plurilock Security Inc. Quantum eMotion Corp. operates in the cybersecurity industry, developing quantum-secure solutions to protect data and digital infrastructure.
