Quince Therapeutics renames IRulya Therapeutics, appoints Brigette Roberts CEO and new CFO

Quince Therapeutics has changed its name to IRulya Therapeutics Inc. effective October 9, 2026, following the completion of its merger with Orphai Therapeutics in May 2026. Dirk Thye resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer, while Brendan Hannah stepped down as Chief Operating Officer. Brigette Roberts was appointed CEO, John Militello CFO, and Keith Fandrick COO. The Board also added four new directors: Catherine Bonuccelli, Leone Patterson, James Valentine, and Drayton Wise. Common stock will trade under the symbol IRLA on the Nasdaq Capital Market starting October 12, 2026. IRulya Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing LAM-001 for pulmonary diseases.
