Quantum Cyber N.V. appointed Major General (Retired) Alberto C. Rosende to its Board of Directors effective October 12, 2026, filling a vacancy and assigning him to the Audit, Compensation, and Nomination Committees. Concurrently, Peter M. O’Rourke resigned from the Board and as President of subsidiary Quantum Drones Corporation, also effective immediately. The company stated that Mr. O’Rourke’s departure was not due to any disagreement regarding operations or policies. Maj. Gen. Rosende brings extensive military command experience and recent corporate leadership roles in defense and payments industries.
