QVC Group, Inc. emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on August 6, 2026, following court confirmation of its prepackaged plan of reorganization. The restructuring reduced total debt by more than $5 billion and established a new capital structure including $1.24 billion in 10% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2032, an $84.6 million term loan, and a $600 million asset-based revolving credit facility. Old equity interests were cancelled, and approximately 50 million shares of new common stock were issued to creditors holding QVC Notes and Credit Facility claims. The company renamed itself from QVC, Inc., adopted new bylaws, and appointed a new board of eight directors with governance rights for key stakeholders including GoldenTree, Oaktree, Strategic Value Partners, and Silver Point Capital. David Rawlinson stepped down as CEO and was succeeded by industry veteran Michael George as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. QVC Group operates in the live social shopping and retail industry, selling products via television networks, streaming apps, ecommerce sites, and social platforms.
