Radiopharm Theranostics announced positive clinical trial results for two key programs on July 22, 2026. In a Phase 1 trial for RAD204, a PD-L1-targeted radiotherapeutic, the first patient achieved a confirmed RECIST Partial Response with a 43% reduction in target lesions and has remained progression-free for over seven months. Additionally, the Phase 2b trial for RAD101, an imaging small molecule for brain metastases, met its primary endpoint with 93% concordance between PET and MRI. Preliminary data showed 86% sensitivity in 14 patients. The company plans to initiate a pivotal U.S. Phase 3 trial for RAD101 in Q4 2026.
