On June 24, 2026, RedCloud Holdings plc entered into a joint venture and a 20-year platform license and infrastructure usage agreement with Dheer Marketing India to deploy its RedAI infrastructure in India. The joint venture, to be named RedCloud India Private Limited and headquartered in New Delhi, will be owned 51% by RedCloud and 49% by Dheer Marketing. Under the Licensing Agreement, RedCloud will provide RedAI services at a committed annual value of $6,000,000, totaling up to $120,000,000 over the initial term. The partnership combines RedCloud's intelligence engine with Dheer Marketing's distribution network for FMCG, footwear, and apparel. RedCloud Holdings plc provides intelligent trade infrastructure and AI-driven distribution technology.
