The RealReal appointed Sharmistha Dubey as a Class II Director, effective November 3, 2026. The board increased its size from seven to eight directors to accommodate the new seat. Dubey brings extensive experience in technology and digital consumer platforms, having previously served as CEO of Match Group and currently chairing Fortive Corporation's board. She will serve until the company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. The RealReal is the world's largest online marketplace for authenticated resale luxury goods.
