Reborn Coffee entered a Master Product Supply Agreement with Visvita Corporation to sell aloe vera and other beverage products on a non-exclusive basis. The parties aim for a minimum business volume of $30 million in the first contract year, supported by an initial $2 million purchase order already secured. Reborn Coffee will manage logistics via its subsidiary, Reborn Logistics, while retaining pricing discretion and margin control. Visvita handles regulatory compliance.
