Regions Financial Corporation announced that Chief Administrative Officer David R. Keenan will retire on January 4, 2027, following over two decades with the company. Effective September 1, 2026, Katherine R. Danella succeeds Keenan as Chief Administrative Officer and John T. Jordan becomes Head of Consumer Banking. Additionally, Chief People Officer Angela Santone begins reporting directly to Chairman, President, and CEO John Turner. Keenan will serve in a senior advisor role during the transition period.
