Riot Platforms signs $28B data center lease with Frontier AI Lab for 910 MW

Riot Platforms executed a 15-year triple-net powered land lease with a leading Frontier AI Lab for its Corsicana campus, covering 910 megawatts of critical IT capacity. The agreement carries approximately $28 billion in total contract value over the initial term and generates about $1.8 billion in average annual rent. This deal brings Riot's total contracted data center revenue to approximately $38 billion across 1,151 MW of leased capacity. Additionally, the company reported third-quarter 2026 results showing total revenue of $181.4 million and ended the quarter with $950.2 million in cash and bitcoin liquidity.
