Reitar Logtech Holdings announced that its subsidiary Jingxing HK entered a global cooperation MOU with Cainiao Group to collaborate on overseas smart warehousing and automated logistics projects. The partnership combines Cainiao’s automation technology with Jingxing’s racking manufacturing capabilities, including procurement for current projects in Spain and the Netherlands. Production for the Spain project commenced in mid-July 2026, with definitive contracts being finalized and first deliveries expected in September 2026. Cainiao agreed to prioritize Jingxing as a preferred partner for racking in future European and global markets under equivalent commercial conditions. The MOU is a framework document without unconditional procurement commitments.
