Reliance Inc. dismisses Ramirez Jimenez International CPAs as auditor due to going concern doubts

The Audit Committee of Reliability Incorporated approved the transition from Ramirez Jimenez International CPas (RJI) to Weinberg & Company, P.A. as its independent registered public accounting firm. RJI's reports for fiscal years 2025 and 2024 included explanatory language expressing substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. There were no disagreements with RJI on accounting principles or auditing scope. Weinberg was engaged effective October 8, 2026. Reliability Incorporated operates in the industrial reliability and maintenance sector.
