Renasant Corporation announced that Catherine Mealor will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on October 5, 2026, assuming the role effective January 1, 2027. She replaces James C. Mabry IV, who is retiring as CFO on December 31, 2026, and transitioning to an Executive Advisor role until the 2027 Annual Meeting. The Board intends to nominate Mr. Mabry for election as a director at the 2027 meeting. Ms. Mealor joins from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods with over 20 years of experience in financial services research. Her employment agreement includes a $600,000 base salary and a signing award valued at $850,000. Renasant Corporation is the parent company of Renasant Bank, operating as a regional financial institution.
