Rank One Computing appoints biometrics pioneer Dr. Anil Jain to Board

The Board appointed Dr. Anil Jain as an independent director effective October 5, 2026, filling a vacancy created by increasing the board size from eight to nine members. Dr. Jain brings decades of expertise in pattern recognition and biometrics, having served as a University Distinguished Professor at Michigan State University and holding positions with Amazon and the U.S. Defense Science Board. He will receive an annual equity retainer of $50,000 in restricted stock units and a cash retainer of $12,500.
