Roivant Sciences announced positive Phase 2 PHocus clinical trial results for mosliciguat, an inhaled sGC activator, treating pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). The study met its primary endpoint with a statistically significant placebo-adjusted reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance of -56.3% at Week 16. Secondary endpoints showed a +35.2-meter improvement in six-minute walk distance and a -53.2% reduction in NT-proBNP biomarkers. Mosliciguat demonstrated a favorable safety profile with lower cough incidence than placebo. Roivant has initiated the Phase 3 PHrontier study to further evaluate the drug.
