Royalty Pharma raises full-year 2026 Portfolio Receipts guidance to $3.5B-$3.55B after Q3 results

Royalty Pharma reported third-quarter 2026 financial results, announcing a 9% increase in Royalty Receipts to $883 million and Portfolio Receipts to $890 million. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance for Portfolio Receipts to between $3.5 billion and $3.55 billion, up from the previous range of $3.4 billion to $3.5 billion. Net cash provided by operating activities was $686 million, while Adjusted EBITDA reached $840 million. Royalty Pharma also disclosed the acquisition of royalties on Zoryve and Mimrylo for $100 million each, bringing total announced transaction value to $1.9 billion year-to-date.
