ResMed Inc. reported fourth quarter fiscal year 2026 results with revenue increasing 9% to a record $1.5 billion, up 8% on a constant currency basis. GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 2% to $2.64, while non-GAAP diluted EPS increased 16% to $2.95. For the full fiscal year, revenue grew 10% to $5.7 billion, and GAAP diluted EPS reached $10.43. The company generated $1.8 billion in operating cash flow and returned over $1.0 billion to shareholders through buybacks and dividends during FY2026.
