Rezolute completes enrollment in Phase 3 upLIFT study of ersodetug for tumor hyperinsulinism

Rezolute, Inc. announced the completion of patient enrollment in its open-label Phase 3 upLIFT registrational study evaluating ersodetug for tumor hyperinsulinism. The trial enrolled 16 participants with insulinoma or non-islet cell tumors experiencing uncontrolled hypoglycemia. Topline data from the pivotal trial are expected by mid-December 2026. Earlier results indicated that seven of eight initial participants met the primary endpoint, achieving significant reductions in glucose infusion rates. Rezolute is a late-stage ultra-rare disease company focused on treating refractory hypoglycemia caused by hyperinsulinism.
