Nabil Hamade will resign from the SailPoint, Inc. Board of Directors effective June 12, 2026, and Collin Gallagher has been appointed to the Board as a Class III director, effective the same date. The appointment of Mr. Gallagher is pursuant to a Director Designation Agreement with Thoma Bravo, L.P. and he is not expected to receive compensation for his service. SailPoint, Inc. is an identity management software company.
