Sanmina appoints former NVIDIA SVP Shanker S Trivedi to its Board of Directors

On September 14, 2026, Sanmina Corporation appointed Shanker S Trivedi to its Board of Directors. Mr. Trivedi brings over 30 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology and cloud infrastructure, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business at NVIDIA Corporation from April 2016 until his departure in April 2026. He previously held senior roles at Callidus Software, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and ICL, and currently serves on the board of Enphase Energy. Mr. Trivedi will receive cash and equity compensation consistent with the company's non-employee director arrangements.
