StandardAero, Inc. announced that Kimberly Ernzen will no longer serve as Chief Operating Officer, effective September 28, 2026. Ms. Ernzen will remain employed to support the leadership transition through December 31, 2026, with a formal transition agreement yet to be finalized. StandardAero provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for aircraft engines and components.
