Sabesp announced organizational changes to its Executive Board on June 15, 2026. Claudio Kawa Hermolin has been appointed to lead the newly established Customer Experience Directorate. Débora Pierini Longo is transitioning from Director of Operations and Maintenance to lead the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) project implementation. Additionally, Roberval Tavares will temporarily hold the dual roles of Director of Engineering and Operation. These restructuring moves aim to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
