On July 13, 2026, Socket Mobile, Inc. appointed Brent MacDonald to its Board of Directors. Mr. MacDonald previously served as a board member from 2016 to 2023 and is designated as an independent director under Nasdaq listing standards. He will receive standard non-employee director compensation. The board now consists of six members, four of whom are independent. Socket Mobile provides data capture and delivery solutions, such as cordless barcode scanners and contactless readers, for workforce mobilization.
