Scinai signs $5.1M CDMO agreement, raising Committed Customer Orders to $7.6M

Scinai Immunotherapeutics announced a definitive development and clinical manufacturing agreement with a U.S.-based, Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company. The deal includes approximately $5.1 million in committed base service fees for CMC development and clinical manufacturing of an investigational oncology product. Following this agreement, Scinai’s Committed Customer Orders reached approximately $7.6 million, up roughly 300% from $1.9 million at year-end 2025. The engagement supports activities in 2026 with clinical manufacturing planned for January 2027. Additionally, there is potential for uncommitted service fees valued at $5.85 million for late 2027 through early 2028. Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. operates a contract development and manufacturing organization alongside an immunology-focused therapeutic development platform.
