SecureTech Innovations dismissed Gary Cheng CPA Limited as its independent auditor on July 31, 2026, and engaged Marcum Asia CPAs LLP to replace them. The dismissal coincides with a restatement of financial statements for fiscal year 2025 and interim periods through March 2026 due to balance sheet classification errors involving redeemable non-controlling interest reclassification from permanent to mezzanine equity and accounts receivable reclassification from current to non-current assets. Management identified these issues internally, concluding that previously issued financial statements should no longer be relied upon.
