SandRidge Energy, Inc. through its subsidiary SandRidge Exploration and Production, LLC, entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement on June 26, 2026, to acquire oil and gas assets from Rockies Resources Holdings LLC and Rockies Resources Agent Corp. The acquisition is valued at $65,000,000 in cash at closing, plus three contingent earn-out payments of $2,000,000 each based on WTI crude oil price thresholds.
