Stardust Power Inc. announced a non-binding Letter of Intent with Charge CCCV LLC for the supply of battery-grade lithium carbonate from its Muskogee, Oklahoma refinery. C4V provided a preliminary demand forecast outlining potential offtake volumes of 3,000 metric tons in 2028, 10,000 MT in 2029, and up to 20,000 MT by 2030. The agreement includes collaboration on product qualification but leaves final pricing, delivery schedules, and volumes subject to negotiation of a definitive agreement. This announcement complements a previously disclosed non-binding letter with a global trading house for up to 25,000 metric tons annually. Stardust Power operates in the battery materials industry, developing and refining lithium carbonate for electric vehicle batteries.
