GAAP revenue increased 48.1% year-over-year to US$7.8 billion, driven by strong growth across its segments: Shopee revenue rose 48.2% to US$5.6 billion with GMV reaching US$38.3 billion; Monee revenue grew 58.9% to US$1.4 billion as consumer and SME loans outstanding reached US$11.1 billion; and Garena bookings increased 15.5% to US$763.5 million with Free Fire maintaining over 100 million average daily active users. Net income rose 10.6% to US$458.1 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 10.6% to US$917.2 million. The company repurchased 4.7 million shares for US$416.8 million under its existing program.
