Daniel Huber resigned from his position as Chief Revenue Officer of SolarEdge Technologies, Inc., with employment termination effective March 31, 2027. The resignation follows the notice period required under his existing employment agreement and is not due to any disagreement regarding operations or policies. Mr. Huber will receive his 2026 annual bonus based on average management target achievement. SolarEdge Technologies designs and manufactures solar power optimization and monitoring solutions for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications.
