Solaris signs 15-year deal to provide ~900 MW of power generation and O&M services
SEISolaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc.
A subsidiary of Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. entered into an agreement on October 29, 2026, to deliver approximately 900 megawatts of power generation, associated balance of plant equipment, and operations and maintenance services to a leading investment-grade industrial and technology company. The contract carries an initial term of 15 years per deployment with an option to extend for another 15 years. Deployments are expected to commence in the first half of 2027 and scale through 2028. Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. operates in the energy infrastructure sector, providing power generation solutions.
