Serina Therapeutics, Inc. appointed Farrell Simon, Pharm. D., to its Board of Directors effective July 22, 2026. Dr. Simon, currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Trevi Therapeutics, Inc., will also serve as a member of the company's Audit and Compensation Committees. He brings expertise in commercial strategy, business development, and investor engagement, having previously held senior leadership roles at Pfizer. Serina Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing drug candidates for neurological diseases using its proprietary POZ Platform™ technology.
