SharonAI Holdings Inc. announced the execution of a five-year cloud computing service agreement with a global artificial intelligence platform on August 4, 2026. The contract carries a total value of US$373 million and is expected to generate revenue starting in the first quarter of 2027. Under the terms, Sharon AI will deploy cloud solutions using an initial allocation of 2,048 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra B300 GPUs, with additional deployments possible as required. This agreement brings total contracted capacity to 120 megawatts out of the company's 132-megawatt AI Factory infrastructure. The deal supports the expansion of sovereign AI capabilities in Australia and aligns with the company's strategy of securing long-term customer commitments for its neocloud platform.
